​The Be is a modern blues-rock group hailing form Mississippi's Delta region. When they recorded their first studio album, Play A Microphone, I assisted with album mastering work.

​Electroacoustics Classwork



This is an example of work created in my Electroacoustics course at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Everything was recorded and edited 100% analog, using 1/4" stereo magnetic recording tape loops and razor blade editing. The finished mix was recorded live to DAT.

​A Midsummer Night's Dream "It's a Bacchanal!"



was produced by the University of Illinois Theatre Department in 2011. I acted as the sound designer for the production, and this is an example of a cue that I generated. This simple cue underscored the last few lines of the scene leading up to intermission, and served to build tension within the audience.
