Dick Hall Campaign

Dick Hall is Mississippi's District 2 Transportation Commissioner. Hapax Creative, a company of which I am a part, was contracted for the advertising campaign related to the last election. I acted as location sound recordist and re-recording mixer for these shoots. Ultimately, Commissioner Hall won re-election, and the ad campaign won a Silver Pollie award for political advertising.

The Dynamiter

The Dynamiter was filmed summer of 2010 in the Mississippi Delta. The film, about a young boy seeking the meaning of "family" has won numerous awards, such as the Prix Jurie at the Deauville Film Festival, Best First Feature at Durban International, and was nominated for a 2012 Independent Spirit John Cassavetes award. I acted as location audio recordist, and managed most of the audio transfer, logging, and transcoding for the feature.

The footage for this music video was recorded on a short-run tour to Hattiesburg, MS and New Orleans, LA. I acted as tour sound engineer for the production, and later edited the footage into the music video you see here. This video was accepted into the Crossroads Film Festival in Jackson, MS.
